Thank you for supporting the mission of XSTREAM Afterschool Enrichment Program in fostering Creative Minds through our enrichment courses for kids. By purchasing our educational materials, including our Gift Discovery Journal and The Creator’s Journal, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our educational and digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase, especially as they are designed to facilitate fun learning activities.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content—including text, graphics, lesson plans, journal activities, and educational frameworks—is the exclusive property of XSTREAM Afterschool Enrichment Program, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This includes:

- STREAM-aligned lesson plans and projects that support STEM learning for kids:

- Inspirational quotes and professional highlights

- Vocabulary breakdowns and educational illustrations

- Design-thinking and project-based learning materials

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, upload, or modify any part of our journals or journal 

without prior written permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. AI-Generated Imagery

All images used in our publications are generated using artificial intelligence tools and are licensed for exclusive use by XSTREAM Afterschool Enrichment Program. These visuals are intended to support educational engagement and may not be reused or repurposed outside of our publications.

4. Personal Use Only

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the journal for personal, family, or classroom use only. You may not upload, post, or share any part of the journal online, in public forums, or on social media platforms.

5. Copyright Notice
